Privacy Policy

    This REBCON Privacy Policy governs the personal information that you provide in the course of your visit to any REBCON website.

    For our European visitors, please note that REBCON, through the Safe Harbor program managed by the U.S. Department of
    Commerce, voluntarily complies with Directive 95/46/EC (as amended) of the European Union regarding personal data. Confirmation of

    Personal Information Collected
    In general, when visiting a REBCON website, you will not be required to provide personal information beyond your name, the
    organization you represent, and your contact information. You will not need to disclose personal information such as your social
    security number, age, race, sex, religion, political affiliation, or home address.

    Use of Collected Personal Information
    If you ask REBCON to send you information, we will record your name and contact information solely for purposes of responding to
    your request and providing follow-up information on REBCON services. We will not disclose your personal information to any third
    party without your prior written approval.

    Domain name information collected is used strictly in an aggregated form intended to measure statistics such as the number of visits,
    average time spent on the site, and pages viewed.

    It is possible that, in connection with servicing a REBCON network, REBCON vendors may potentially have access to personal
    information stored on that network. Those vendors are prohibited by contract to use personal information to which they may be
    exposed for any purpose other than to perform the services they were hired to provide. REBCON does not share, sell, lease, or
    otherwise disclose personal information except to the extent that we have received prior written approval from you, or we are
    compelled by law to do so.

    Information Security
    REBCON maintains stringent physical, technological, and administrative safeguards to protect your personal information against
    unauthorized or inappropriate access or use. Access to information about you is need-to-know only. All REBCON employees are
    subject to background investigations as a condition to being hired, are required to execute legally binding confidentiality agreements,
    and are subject to disciplinary action which may include termination of employment for violations of REBCON information security policy.

    Enforcement
    REBCON regularly reviews compliance with this policy. If at any time you believe that your personal information has been disclosed in

    Although REBCON has the right to modify this policy at any time, we will not reduce your rights without your explicit consent.
